We are Regina and Wally, the creative minds behind Bendito Recuerdo. A multicultural couple that fell in love with the lakeside life of Lake Atitlán and finally decided to call it home and based their work in this tropical paradise. 

Our journey into the world of photography began with a shared love for creativity and different forms of art, and through photography we put together a unique blend of technical expertise, artistic vision, and a deep appreciation for human relationships. 

We focus on turning your ideas and inspirations into reality. Dedicated to capture the essence of fleeting moments, immortalize memories that will forever evoke emotions and preserve the magic of your precious experiences.

Get to know you: Getting to know you is our priority as we start this journey with a call. We aim to capture your essence and portray your vision in the best possible way.

OUR PROCESS

Planning: We leverage Pinterest to our advantage by creating a shared album. This allows you to share your inspirations and gives us insight into your expectations. We provide guidance on locations, consider weather based on the season, and even suggest colors for your outfits.

THE day: On your photoshoot day, our focus shifts to creating magic. We arrive early to scout the best spots, prepare our equipment, and test lighting. We cherish capturing spontaneous moments and genuine laughter, ensuring you feel comfortable, confident, and delighted with the results.

Post-production: After the shoot, we manually curate the entire gallery, and enhance your images using fully customized presets.

Deliver and celebrate: Once your gallery is ready, we deliver it via an online downloadable link for you to enjoy and share with family and friends. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we love hearing everyone’s reactions.

FAQs

  • Unfortunately, no. The full unedited gallery is manually reviewed to discard unwanted images such as test shots, duplicated, missed focus, etc to deliver only the best ones.

  • Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your preferred date.

  • Of course! We can accommodate a 30 minute session that incudes 15 edited images.

  • At the moment I am taking limited inquiries. But I’m happy to recommend my favorite photographers in the area!

  • Your final gallery will be ready 2-3 weeks from the day of your session. They’ll be deliver digitally.
